BASEBALL MS FALL SKILLS CAMP
Hurricanes MS Fall Baseball Skills Camp will focus on strengthening fundamentals of hitting, fielding, pitching, and base running. We will also focus on the various mental aspects of the game and continue building team chemistry as we prepare for official spring tryouts on November 6. Each day will begin or end with a short devotional.
Who: Any 6th-8th grade homeschooled student or traditionally-schooled student whose school does not offer Boys Baseball who is interested in trying out for Hurricanes Baseball for the spring 2026 season
When: Monday to Wednesday, October 27-29, 5:30-8:30pm
Where: Canes Practice Field 1500 W. Parker Road, Greenville, SC 29617
Please park in the back parking lot behind the church (Calvary Greenville)
Bring: Participants will need to wear baseball pants, cleats, and bring a helmet, glove, and bat.

BASEBALL TRYOUTS & SEASON INFO
November 6th, 10th, & 11th are the official tryout dates for Hurricanes Baseball! There is no cost for trying out, but you must be signed up to try out!
Players who desire to play with the Canes in the Spring of 2026 must attend one of the tryout dates.
When
- Middle School (6th-8th) Tryouts - Thursday, November 6 at 6pm
- High School (9th-12th) JV/V Tryouts - Monday, November 10 at 6pm
- High School (9th-12th) JV/V Tryouts - Tuesday, November 11 at 6pm

TRYOUT INFORMATION
Any player interested in trying out must be signed up!
Who Can Try Out - Any 6th-12th grade homeschooled student (or a traditionally-schooled student whose school does not offer boys basketball). It is the age eligibility policy of Greenville Hurricanes that athletes for the 25/26 school year do not turn 11 after 12/31/25 and do not turn 19 before 7/1/25.

- MSB 12u - 5-6pm
- MSB 14u - 6-7pm
- JV - 7-8pm
- V - 8-9pm
Get ready for our Boys Basketball Tryouts and a new Basketball Season by taking advantage of Canes' Pre-Tryout Clinic! There are dates for new athletes (this includes last year's LittleCanes athletes) and returning players who were registered in 24/25 on the MS, JV or Varsity teams. Although there is no charge for our returning players, you must be signed up to participate.
